Administrative Assistant Services:
This service includes sending out thank you notes to clients, purchasing gifts for clients, special occasion reminders and event planning.

Business Traveler Services:
Travel often on business? Take a lot of personal trips? I can simplify, organize and enhance your travels to ensure a smooth, enjoyable and stress-free travel experience. Services include:
- Complete travel arrangements – airfare, car rental, and hotel.
- Expense reporting – I will handle all expense reporting using your system or mine.
- Entertainment and dining arrangements – I will scout the area before you go and suggest restaurants or activities that match your personal preferences.
Pricing For Service:
- $200.00 Per Month (limit 6 hours per visit)
- $375.00 Bi-Weekly (limit 12 hours per visit)
- $175.00 Weekly (limit 6 hours per visit)
A small travel fee of 55 cents per mile will be added for a distance of more than 25 miles round trip.
Hourly rate exceeding hours per visit is $35.00 per hour.
All prices are per company. Pricing for additional companies will be agreed upon before service begins. Several services may be combined at discounted rates.
All Invoices Due Upon Receipt
All invoices must be paid in full at the end of each day unless agreed to by both parties. Non-payment will result in a late fee of $50.00 and/or cancellation of service and will be sent to collections and/or small claims court with client paying all penalties and fees. $50.00 missed appointment fee will be applied to all invoices if 24-hour notice is not given.
